Certification & Verification
Achieve certification and verification excellence with Salt Mark’s comprehensive services. While we do not directly provide certification and verification services, we have partnered with industry-leading organization; ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) to offer consulting services for Product Design Assessment (PDA), Manufacturer Assessment (MA), and type tests.
Our experienced team of consultants works closely with ABSoffices globally and manufacturers to ensure compliance with the desired standards and facilitate the necessary testing processes. Through meticulous evaluation and assessment, we help manufacturers meet ABS approval requirements and obtain the required certificates.
The certification process begins with conducting the appropriate tests based on the desired standards. Our team collaborates with ABS surveyors to determine the appropriate testing conditions and ensures that all tests are successfully completed. The test reports are then reviewed by the ABS plan approval department.
Once the reports are reviewed and approved, the PDA certificate is generated and provided to the customer. We ensure seamless coordination with ABS offices to complete all necessary tasks and obtain the required certificates.
